A word about price...

We are constantly working to keep our prices the best they can be. Sure there is always someone who can do it cheaper, but, at what cost? Our reproductions are made by skilled technicians with years of experience. We use only original Epson paper and inks. Most importantly, we take pride in our work.

Due to the many papers and services available, we are offering a sample of our archival photo enlargement pricing. Many other papers are available as well as, typegraphic and graphic treatments. We can work one on one with you to deliver the highest quality possible.

Service Types

Quick	Our quick service allows for basic color, brightness and contrast correction on our monitor. No proof is made. Pleasing color.
Normal	Our normal service allows for more time on color, brightness and contrast correction. A proof is printed, and additional corrections may be applied based on the proof before final print is made.
Pro	Our pro service is recommended for quantity orders, prints from paintings, or whenever critical reproduction is required. We do all the corrections as our normal service, and possibly more advanced techniques, if required. We will print up to 2 in-house proofs, with corrections, before sending you a proof, FedEx ground for approval. Additional in-house and customer approval proofs are available at additional cost.

Additional Services

Scanning

$15.00 Each Scan
Flat-bed scan, 2400 dpi, of transparencies, 35mm, 2¼", and 4"”x5"”, or flat artwork up to 8"”x10".
Includes archived image (on file at Sullivan+Wolf), 15 minute image clean up, contrast, color and density correction (additional image clean-up or enhancement is available at $20 per quarter hour).
Oversized art, higher resolution scans, drum scans, and direct captures are available through various third-party vendors. Please inquire for details and specific pricing information.

Copies of final image files

$5.00 if emailed, per order. Please let us know your maximum size your email account can handle. Generally, this is only good for less than 20MB.
$15.00 per CD, does not include shipping if ordered after print order has shipped.

Certificates of Authenticity

$10 per set-up, $2.00 each thereafter..

Payment

Payment can be made either by check, money order or through PayPal. We currently do not accept credit cards. PayPal is more secure for you because we do not see your credit card information. About Additional Charges

We will always get your approval before performing and charging for additional work. Generally, the extra charges are billed via email at the time of shipping. Payment is through Paypal. Charges amounting to over 50% of the original order may require payment before proceeding.

Return Policy

We are dedicated to provide you geat value and the best experience in ordering photo enlargements. We will re-print any order at no additional charge for any print that is defective in material defects or through shipping..

We cannot be held responsible for quality concerns relating to a poor quality original. We have warnings and previews in our order system for low resolution images and it is the customers responsibility to use the previews to make sure they are approving the image prior to submitting the order. Images that are not sharp, have poor exposure, photographed under improper light, etc. will never be as good as a properly photographed image.

Images that are submitted at low resolutions will result in a sub standard print. Our site will give you a warning for low resolution files. If you choose to proceed, we cannot be held accountable for the quality of the enlargement.
